Friends of Biberach Appeal For Extra Accommodation
The Guernsey Friends of Biberach was formed in 2002 to promote the bonds of reconciliation between the citizens of Biberach and the people of Guernsey. Since that time, regular visits have been made by parties from both places, with exchanges including many groups of musicians, local Police, St Johns, and the Schools’ Music Service.
Guernsey visitors to Germany have often experienced warm hospitality from host families. There is a strong desire from the Guernsey Friends of Biberach Association to be able to offer accommodation to as many German visitors as possible, when occasion arises.
With a variety of ages and interests, ranging from teenagers to ‘active retired’, organisers from Guernsey hope that anyone who is at all interested in offering accommodation will put their names forward, so that a list can be compiled and kept to help plan numbers.
