Biberach Symphony Orchestra - 15 June 2022
We are delighted to welcome the covid-delayed visit to Guernsey of the Biberach Symphony Orchestra. The concert is at St.Stephen’s Church on Wednesday June 15th at 8:00pm. Parking has been arranged at Ladies College. All are very welcome.
Kantorei Biberach - 31 July 2022
Guernsey Chamber Choir is celebrating 40 years of singing with a number of special concerts. On Sunday 31st July 2022, the Choir will be joining with the Kantorei Biberach choir, in a performance of ‘The Peacemakers’ by Karl Jenkins in the presence of His Excellency, The Lt. Governor at 7.45p.m at St Stephen’s Church. Refreshments will be served beforehand at 7p.m.
Free entry - recommended minimum donation of £8
We hope that this will be a poignant joint performance in a piece extolling peace which is dedicated to all those who have lost their lives during armed conflict. During troubled times, this seems a fitting piece to celebrate cultural diversity and peace between communities.
